Arelene L. Kudlas, 101, of Roscommon and formerly of Livonia, passed away on May 13, 2022.
She was born in Detroit on February 16, 1921 to Herbert and Ethel (Chinnery) Lockhart. Arelene was a hairdresser. She loved antiques, her flower gardens, and cooking.
Survived by her grandchildren: Patty (Brian) Stephan of Texas; Jim (Julie) Hill of Roscommon; Devin (Misty) Kudlas of Alabama; Brad (Jennifer) Kudlas of Georgia; and Mark (Amanda) Kudlas of Texas. Arelene is also survived by many great grandchildren. Special aunt to Jimmy and Linda Rosenau. Longtime friend and housekeeper, Dixie Carter.
Preceded in death by her husband, Julian; sons, Paul Hill and Michael Kudlas; daughters-in-law, Patricia Hill and Janet Graham; and sister, Shirley.
