Wayne T. Ross, 73, of Grayling passed away at home Wednesday, February 26, 2020.
Wayne was born in Detroit on December 25, 1946 to Glenn and Thelma (McKinny) Ross. Wayne loved his Nova, enjoyed outdoor movies and woodworking. Wayne wanted to live long enough to see the Lions win the Superbowl, so they have to win it this time!
Wayne is survived by his wife, Sandra Ross; sons, Mark Ross and Robert Weiss; grandchildren, Declan, Jasmine and Noah; 3 sisters; and 1 brother. He is preceded in death by both of his parents.
According to Wayne's wishes, his body is being donated to science at the University of Michigan. There will be a Celebration of Life for Wayne at a later date. Memorial contributions can be made in Wayne's memory to the Lions Club Hearing Aid Fund, make checks payable to Grayling Lions Club, 1923 Dansk Lane, Grayling, MI 49738.
Arrangements for Wayne have been entrusted to Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home.
