Virginia Mae Schmidt

Virginia M. "Peggy" (Peach) Schmidt, age 91, of Grayling, formerly of Dearborn Heights, passed away peacefully in her home on Thursday August 12, 2021 surrounded by her loving family.

Preceded in death by her parents Everett and Effie Peach, one daughter Kitty Lynn, her husband Robert Schmidt, five brothers and two sisters. She is survived by her daughter Myra King and sons Danny (Janet) Turrel, Greg (Kim) Turrel, and Mark Turrel. She leaves behind numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Virginia will be laid to rest at Mt. Hope Memorial Gardens in Livonia, MI on Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at 1:00 pm. If desired, friends may donate to St. Jude Children's Hospital at: St. Jude Children Hospital.
