Unexpectedly, Thomas William Fisher, age 41, of Grayling, MI took his last breath on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at his home.

Thomas was born in West Branch, MI on April 4, 1985 to William and Sherry (Watros) Fisher.

Throughout his life, Thomas enjoyed being in the woods. And it showed in the passion for his work which was tree cutting and climbing. He was a very hard working man. He was one of the few who loved to get up to go to work and complete the jobs of the day. He was a stubborn guy and was set in his hard working ways.

Thomas enjoyed the outdoors, especially when it came to fishing and camping. Most of those times camping and fishing he enjoyed to do most with his family, which he loved very much. He loved his children and wished he could have been there for them more.

Thomas will be remembered forever by his father, William Fisher; fiance, Ashley Walker; siblings, William Lee Watros, Jennifer Lynn Johns, Mary Jo Mulholland, and Tina Marie Johnson; children, Brendin Lynn Fisher and Jordan Lee Fisher; step-children, Shalynn Hart and Nathan Walker; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his mother, Sherry Watros; step-father, Charles Forbes; and his grandparents.

A Celebration of Thomas's Life will take place at Grayling Baptist Church on a date to be announced. A luncheon will follow the Celebration of Life.
