Theodore "Jack" John Kolka, age 91, of Grayling, MI passed away peacefully at Northern Pines Assisted Living on October 20, 2025.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24, 2025 at 11:00 am until the beginning of funeral service at 12:00 pm at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home in Grayling, MI. Graveside services with military honors will follow the funeral service at Elmwood Cemetery in Grayling, MI
