Sharon Lee Forman, 75, of , Prudenville, passed away on August 12, 2015. Sharon was born in Owosso, MI on November 28, 1939, to Chester and Hattie (Homola) Curtis. She was married to Thomas Forman in 1960. He preceded her in death. Sharon enjoyed boating and U of M sports. Survived by her children: Kimberly Kuchar of Flushing and Jeffery (Julie) Forman of Grayling. Grandchildren: Jenilee (Brian) Humble and Joshua Kuchar. Three great grandchildren. Sister: Betty Church, Also survived by one niece and many nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, Thomas; grandson Jason; and two brothers. There will be no public services. Condolences may be sent to www.sorensonlockwood.com Arrangements by Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home in Grayling.
