Rosemary Boghosian

Rosemary Boghosian (Rosemary Whitney) age 93, passed away peacefully January 3, 2021 at Grayling Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Grayling, Michigan. Non Covid related. Formerly of Waterford, Michigan. Born March 6, 1927 in Pontiac, Michigan, daughter of the late George Boghosian and Mary Parsekian Boghosian.

Rose enjoyed Tiger’s Baseball, Golf and Horse Racing. She loved music and enjoyed seeing her son’s band play. Her favorite song was “Born to Be Wild” and always requested it. She loved to go riding around and going out to lunch or shopping with Charlotte.

Preceded in death by her parents George and Mary Boghosian, brothers- Harry Boghosian and Charles Boghosian, sisters- Angeline Ramsey and Alice Bardasian, niece Sandy Pruente and Special Friend and Companion Raymond Allen.

Survived by Son and daughter in law Michael and Stacey Boghosian of Grayling, Sister Pearl Barefoot of Greenville, SC and In-laws Charlotte St. Clair and Michael Lijewski of Grayling. Two nieces and nine nephews.

Cremation has taken place and no services will be held at this time. A graveside service and celebration of life will be held this summer.

Donations can be made to St. John’s Armenian Church in Southfield, Michigan.
