Robert was born in Pontiac, MI December 10, 1962 to the late Robert and Mary (Green) Stott. Robert was the assistant fire chief and a medical first aid responder on the Lovells Fire Department. He also was the maintenance supervisor to the Warblers Hideaway Association. He loved his family, camping, the outdoors, and traveling.
Robert is survived by his wife of 37 years, Sandra Stott; children, Sheena (Nedd)Brandenburg of Gaylord, Timothy (Megan) Stott of Grayling and Robert Stott of Traverse City; grandchildren, Paige, Shelby, Wyatt, and Laureli; siblings, Mary (Wayne) MilaFi of Montana, Patricia Stott of Oklahoma, Herman Stott of Oklahoma, Joette Valencia of Arizona, Bonnie Peter of Atlanta, David Hagedorn of Gaylord, and Cheryl Yoder of Warren. He is preceded in death by brother Forrest "Chuck" Stott.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home from 12-4 PM until time of Fireman's Memorial Service at 4 PM. Condolences may be sent to www.sorensonlockwood.com
