We are sad to announce the passing of Robert Allen Pickard of Grayling, MI, age 61, on July 18, 2026 at his home.

Robert was born on October 10, 1964 in Monroe, MI to Ronald and Marliyn (Burtch) Pickard.

Bob was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was the kind of guy that lived for the opening day of rifle season in Northern MI. Many a trophy buck in his house attests to that. He worked as a skilled carpenter most of his life, but for the past 5 years, thoroughly enjoyed his work at Forest Dunes Golf Course as a senior grounds maintenance worker.

His passion and what he loved most was working on and showing his 1969 Plymouth Roadrunner.

Bob's memory will be cherished by his wife, Annette Hollis; mother, Marilyn Willetts; brothers, Jim (Maureen) Pickard, John (Janell) Pickard, and William (Mandi) Pickard; son, Charles Nicholson; and nieces, Nicole (Mike) Whitney, Kristi Pickard, Stephanie (Todd) Tarian, Allison (Zach) Eriksen, Vivian Pickard, and grand niece Mia Whitney and grand nephew Dominic Whitney. He is preceded in death by father, Ronald Pickard; and grandparents Clinton and Margaret Pickard of Monroe MI and Marion and Erma Burtch of Grayling MI.
