Raymond Douglas Babbitt, Sr., 67, of Grayling, passed away on September 8, 2021.
He was a lifelong Grayling resident, son of the late Harold and Edna (Wilcox) Babbitt. Raymond enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, campfires, sports, fishing, and horses.
Survived by his children: Ray Babbitt, Jr., Kim Babbitt, Ashlee Babbitt, and Patrick Babbitt. Grandchildren: Mackenzie, Aric, Tyler, Austin, Jayanna, Kiley Ann, D'Leh, Xavier, Ella, Nila, and Maddison. Brothers: Darryl of Grayling, Murray of Montana, and Wayne of Oklahoma. Sisters: Helen King of Portage, Vickie Berner of Vicksburg, and Michelle Pavey and several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by two step brothers, Bill and Dick Barclay.
Celebration of Life will be held at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home onTuesday, September 21, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation beginning at 12:00 noon.
