Patricia Jean Nephew, age 91, of Grayling, MI passed away on February 2, 2026. 

Patricia was born to Margaret Schlatter on July 2, 1934 in Detroit, MI. Patricia married Lovell Monnie Nephew.

She loved playing on her IPAD, texting with family and friends, and going to the casino. Patricia's family was very important to her as was her fur baby, Shotzie. Years ago, Patricia lived on the river and very much enjoyed watching kayakers go by. Her family rembers that she missed that home a lot once she moved into town. Patricia is said to have had a heart of gold and her family describes her as very sweet and loving-always doing small gestures for others, especially during the holidays.

Patricia's memory will be cherished by her family: daughters, Debra Foody and Renee Bloch; son, Terrance Nephew; grandchildren, Kelly Bloch, William Foody, Stacey Nephew, Cory Nephew, and Jamie Harrish; great-grandchildren, William Foody, Lane Foody, Hailey Gault, Jackson Harrish and brother, Tom. She is preceded in death by husband, Monnie Nephew and son, Allen Walraven.

A Gathering of Family & Friends to Remember Patricia will take place on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 from 12:00 - 2:00 pm at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home, 1108 W North Down River Rd, Grayling, MI 49738.
