Nancy Jane (Troeger) Marchywka , age 91, of Grayling, MI died on April 7, 2024 at Wellspring Lutheran in Fairview, MI after a struggle with dementia and cancer.

She was born on January 16,1933 in Grand Rapids, MI to George and Marion Troeger. She graduated from Wyoming High and spent most of her life in Westland, MI. She was married to Harry Marchywka. Together they raised two children, Sandra and Michael. They all would go vacationing in Grayling when school was out. She and Harry moved permanently to Grayling for retirement where she lived out the rest of her days prior to requiring daily care. She enjoyed visiting her grandkids, Michigan football and basketball, food, and theater, as well as outdoor activities such as gardening. She also enjoyed her solitude.

Nancy is survived by her two children, Sandra Sloan (Dexter, MI) and Michael Marchywka (Jasper, GA) as well as her grandchildren, Alex and Caroline Sloan (Shoopman).

Nancy's family will remember her privately during this time.
