Nancy Lou Krey, age 85, of Grayling passed away on July 31, 2023 surrounded by family.
Nancy was born in Lansing, Michigan to Ezra Schaibly and Pearl Foland on May 8, 1938. She loved playing games, especially Scrabble, Yahtzee and card games. Nancy enjoyed looking at flowers and watching the birds. She made many pies and treats for her family. Nancy loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, especially the babies. Her time spent with us will be cherished forever and she will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her children Cindy (Bart) Munson, Tim (Laurie) Krey, Teresa Gothro, and Val (Paul) Wilson; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; many Nieces and Nephews; and sister-in-law Eleanor Schaibly. She is preceded in death by her parents Ezra and Pearl, husband Alfred Krey, and her eleven siblings.
Celebration of Nancy’s life will be held Sunday, August 13th from 1-3pm at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home in Grayling.
