Myra Jane King, born on June 1, 1955, peacefully passed away on March 30, 2026, surrounded by the loving presence of her family. She was a cherished soul who found joy in simple pleasures—playing bingo, tending to her garden, and immersing herself in the soothing embrace of music.

Throughout her life, Myra was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, leaving behind a legacy of love and warmth. She is survived by her daughters Kimberly (Charles) Tinker of Grayling, Jayme Thom of Waterford, and her son Frank Sitarski of China Township, Michigan. Also surviving are her loving grandchildren, of whom there are eight, and she was also blessed to witness the growth of nine great-grandchildren. Myra also leaves to mourn her beloved brothers Greg and Danny Turrel and her sister Alicia Tracy.

Myra was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Virginia (Peach) Turrel; her husbands, Frank Sitarski and Charles King; as well as her sister Kitty Lynn Turrel and brother Mark Turrel.

The family will hold a visitation on April 6, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at St. Hedwig Cemetery, located at 23755 Military Road, Dearborn, Michigan 48127. This occasion will provide an opportunity to gather in remembrance and honor a life well-lived.

Myra Jane King will be fondly remembered for her gentle heart and the treasured moments she shared with her family and friends. Her legacy remains alive in the hearts of all who knew her, forever marked by the love and joy she so generously gave.
