MILDRED ELAINE FILE May 4,1922 - January 27, 2016 Mildred Elaine (Wucker) File, 93, passed away peacefully on January 27, 2016. Mildred was born in Frederic, MI on May 4,1922 to William and Augusta Wucker and was the youngest of eleven children. The family moved to Niles, Ml where Mildred grew up and graduated from Niles High School in 1940. Mildred married Eben C. Fiie in 1942 and moved to Grayling to stay with her sister Frances while Eb was in the military. Mildred enjoyed a lengthy career as the bookkeeper for the Grayling Chevrolet dealer before assuming the same position for Sam Gust Auto Parts and eventually for Fick and Sons. Mildred is survived by her daughter - Susan (John) Medler, grandson - Jason (Jamie) Medler, great grandsons - William and Evan Medler, granddaughter - Sarah Medler and numerous nieces and nephews. Mildred was preceded in death by her husband Eben, son - William File, grandson - Jared Medler, three brothers and seven sisters. Cremation has taken place.
