On Tuesday May 11, 2021, Marilynn J. (Fort) Strouse, age 83, went to meet her Lord and Savior.
She is survived by her husband Harold of 67 years. Two sisters: Linda (Andy) Quigley and Joyce (Rick) Laplow. Seven children: Shery (Clifford) Beck, Marc (Vicki) Strouse, Sue Hagle, Kendal Strouse, Philip Strouse, Dawn Strouse, and Maria Philips. Twenty plus grandchildren. Twenty plus great-grandchildren. And one plus great-great-grandchildren.
She was a wonderful wife and awesome mom and grandma. She loved singing and playing her harmonica. She will be missed by many. We would like to give a special thank you to Deb Weaver and hospice care.
A Celebration of Marilynn's Life will take place Saturday, May 22, 2021 at 3:00 pm at 2538 N. Manistee River Rd., Grayling, MI 49738. Condolences can be shared with family at www.sorensonlockwood.com
