Marilyn Lee Petrill, 86, of Grayling, MI passed away peacefully at home with family on February 18, 2021.
Marilyn was born to Clyde and Eleanor (Meyers) Heavlin in Garden City, MI on January 15, 1935. She was a very generous person, always helping neighbors and anyone in need. She was loving and wonderful grandmother and all around wonderful and elegant woman.
Marilyn is survived by her children, David (Nancy) Heavlin, Pamela (Jim) Patow, Lauren (Phil) Gilbert, and Matthew (Kim) Petrill; many grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by husband, Frank Petrill; grandson Aaron Dillon; her parents; and siblings Robert, Nancy, and James Heavlin.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place and a gathering of family and friends will be scheduled at a later date along with her burial at Van Keuren Cemetery in Howell, MI.
