Kenneth Douglas Zalenski, age 75, of Frederic Township, MI passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 27, 2025 at his home.
He was born on May 28, 1950 to Joseph and Dorothy (Ravary) Zalenski in Detroit, MI. Kenneth liked deer hunting, fishing, tinkering in woodworking, and was an avid outdoors man. He worked for the Allen park police department for 24 years of dedicated service, retiring at the rank of Sergeant.
Kenneth is survived by his children, Adam Zalenski, and Amanda (Justin Knox) Zalenski,; grandson Ryan Zalenski; sister, Marcy (Jon) Sally; god-daughter, Emma (Brandon) Arledge and their baby Geno; and ex-wife, Vickie Zalenski. He is preceded in death by both of his parents.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the summer of 2026 on Avery Lake.
