Jerry Dale Smith

Jerry Dale Smith, 73, of Roscommon, MI passed away peacefully at his home Sunday morning, October 23, 2016. Jerry was born to Bethal and Denetta Smith on November 26, 1942 in Alpena, MI. Jerry is survived by his wife of 41 years, Shirley Kay (Plesko) Smith; son, Jeffrey Smith; grandchildren, Shea, Ashlynn, Alaric, and Drake; siblings, Kevin (Bev) Smith, Karen (Ron) Hobby, Darlene (Duane) Cardwell and Phyllis (Keith) Summers; and sister-in-law, Sandra (Ken) Keel. Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Bethal and Denetta and siblings, Don and Lela. A time of visitation will be held at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home on Thursday October 27, 2016 from 2:00 PM till 3:00 PM. A memorial service and celebration of Jerry's life will start at 3:00 PM on Thursday October 27, 2016 also at the funeral home with Reverend Karen Henderlong officiating.
