Jeffrey Richard Lobsinger
May 12th, 1971 - March 29th, 2024.

Jeff had a love for Texas. He looked forward to seeing his aunt Vicki Jackson and cousin Nicole Doyle but the highlight was a night at the rodeo or his great friends. John Sherman, Philip Parrish, Shane Pentecost, Jody Pentecost, Stacie Roundtree, Tina Green and Kenny.

He in his younger years enjoyed football. Many a trip to cheer on Jason Clark and Jeff Edinger in mom's minivan, which dad always took them to. Crazier times with Billie Jo Miller and Mark five, and our poor babysitter Tammy, who got the blunt of ketchup setup on fake motor cycle crashes. Maybe swinging in the pine trees with Jason, Jeff, Ray Hill and OJ Kirk screaming "boo waka!" until a tree broke. Dirt bikes and four-wheelers. Far too many memories to go on and on.

He enjoyed cookouts with his good friends, Dan and Karrie Mathey and Will Matty. We all know his brisket was the best. Uncle Tim always approved. His great friend Melanie Thomas who he shared watching many movies and had many talks with. He needed his talks more than she knew to his coffee friend, Michelle Mack, who listened without judgment and told him things he needed to hear.

Jeff left us all too early. 49 years was not enough for Missy. 52 years was not enough for Billy Jo. 17 years for Hailee and 14 for Jordyn. He made a huge impact on so many people's lives. A light in the dark for many. His greatest Treasures and accomplishments were Hailee and Jordyn. His daughters were his life. They are what made him strive for good and kept him alive and young. He loves them greater than himself and always wanted the best for them. The day that Jenny went into labor, he called and said Jenny's labor. We said there is time. No one has their first kid that fast, well "by George", I was wrong. To Traverse City they went where Hailee spent time in the NICU. He was the proud of Jenny for delivering his beautiful daughter.

He knew he loved his family. Not too many years later I got a call. You're going to be an aunt, again. He was so proud, here came Jordyn. His new bundle of joy, his eyes lit up and a daddy he became again. His daughters were his world and greatest treasures and joy.

This is not goodbye, Bigfoot, we all will see you when it's our time.

Jeff is proceeded in death with our mother Dixie her parents Morna and Otto and other grandparents Eugene and Gertrude sister Jill Clark, other mother Arvilla Pepsin.

He has survived by his daughters Hailee and Jordy, father Eugene, sisters Melissa lobsinger, Billy Jo Miller and Danielle Mathey, nieces and nephews Ziek Ruddy, Ashley Morey, Tabitha & Pete Belcher, Ashton Hill, Marilyn Sturdevan and Gracie Fogle, long time friends, cousins and family near and far, everyone held a spot in his heart.

A celebration of life for Jeff will be held on his birthday, May 12th, 2024 at the Beaver Creek Township Park. Please bring your stories to share.
