Helen Catherine Wells

Mrs. Helen Catherine Wells, 82, of Frederic passed away on Saturday, June 28th, 2008.. Helen was born in Wyandotte, MI on February 24, 1926, the daughter of the late John and Catherine (Truth) Dasho. She was the wife of Ira P Wells, they were married on May 20, 1950 in Wyandotte, Michigan. Helen worked as her husbands bookeeper at Southgate hardware for several years before retiring and moving north. During the 80's she worked at the Icehouse and Victorianas. She did sewing for other people which dhe enjoyed very much. Helen is survived by her husband Ira of 58 years. Daughters: Renee (Vince) Agius of New Boston. Paula (Kenneth) Green of New Boston. Peggy (Brian) Box of Whitemore Lake. Barbara (Larry) Domcik of Maple Forest Twp. Grandchildren: Timothy Domcik, Phillip & Michael Spriggs, Sarah, Rachel, and Jacob Box Great grandchild: Alex Soyko. Sisters, Barbara Green, Betty Gyolai of Riverview. Brother: James (Emma) Dasho of Maple Forest Twp. A memorial service will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church in Gaylord, Michigan on Wednesday July 2, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Todd Brunworth officiating.
