Frank John Lerner Born December 12, 1932, left this earth on Saturday, December 15, 2018 surrounded by his family. Frank was preceded in death by his parents john and Berdie (Misch) Lerner. He is survived by his sister, Bernadine (Frank) Senske. Nieces: Cheryl (Dale) Melroy, Shelley (Tucker) Woodson, John (Sandy) Senske, Mary Ann Senske and spouse Kelley Youngman, and Jackie Senske and spouse Brian Boehlke. Grand nephews: John Woodson and Michael Senske, and grand nieces: Kristina (Zach) MacIntosh, Annie Melroy, and Jenna Woodson. Great grand nieces Zoe MacIntosh and Kennedy Helsel. Frank was a talented carpenter, and was able to create anything from just an idea. He created beautiful spaces from whatever was available. He was a great improviser. He also was a successful salesman and exceptional floral designer. He was very kind and caring. He had the gift of gab and any person he came in contact with would get a warm greeting and a smile. He made you feel like the most important person in the room. No matter what obstacle he was facing, he presented with a positive outlook, and was very grateful for the care and help of others. No good deed went unnoticed. He loved music of all kinds, from old favorites from the 40's and 50's to R&B, Motown Classics, Disco, and current hits. He loved to dance and was the best dance partner! He had a appreciation for the beauty that surrounded him, whether it was indoor or outdoor spaces, or someone that took the time to put together a great hairstyle or outfit! You look gorgeous! He was a great story teller and keeper of family memories. He loved to share meals with family and friends. He opened his heart and his home to love and care for those who were scorned or rejected by others. The family is planning a celebration of Frank's life in the spring of 2019. We sorely miss our POYFC. To order memorial trees or send flowers to the family in memory of Frank John Lerner, please visit our flower store.
