The joy in her life was home, family, and friends. She loved to cook, especially homemade soup for family and friends. She was a talented seamstress who could create a dress, a wonderful purse, or even a Christmas stocking. She loved to make jams and jellies and other canned goods for gifts. She passed these talents onto her children. She really liked to hunt for mushrooms and was forced to quit when the bag was full. Fishing for bluegill and perch was also high on her list of fun. She even tried ice fishing once. She was a member of Michelson Memorial United Methodist Church in Grayling. She was also a proud member of AA. Her bright smile, her talents, and her spirit will be with family and friends forever. She is now happy, joyous, and free. A celebration of life service is being planned for a later date.
