Dolores Mary "Loly" Leslie, 84, of Grayling, passed away on June 22, 2022.
Loly was the youngest of 10 children born to Joseph and Cleo (Purvis) Kolka on May 31, 1938 in Grayling. Loly was known to be a tomboy. She enjoyed gardening, bird watching, fly fishing, deer hunting, and helped to build two family homes. Loly graduated from Grayling High School, class of 56. She married Gary Leslie on January 30, 1960 in Grayling.
Survived by her husband Gary of 62 years. Sons: Tod (Karen) Leslie of Grayling and Rod (Marian Matyn) Leslie of Clare. Grandchildren: Monica, Emily, Molly and Zach Leslie. Great grandson: Merritt Leroy Dutt. Brother: Jack (Janet) Kolka of Grayling. Sisters: Shirley DeVine of St. Clair Shores and Dorothy Denton of Grayling. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents; brothers Pat, Jim, and Alvin; sisters Lorraine, Maxine, and Jackie.
A graveside service will be held on August 6, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Elmwood Cemetery.
