Clare "SKIP" Madsen, 82, of Grayling, passed away on January 10, 2022.
He was born in Grayling to the late Clare and Elma Madsen. Skip graduated from Grayling High School in 1958. He married the former Gail Lucksted on November 18, 1961 in Grayling. Skip was the owner of Skip's Sport Shop. He enjoyed spending time with his granddaughter, woodworking, and fishing.
Survived by his wife Gail of 60 years. Daughter: Melissa "Missy" (Jack) Millikin of Grayling. Granddaughter: Paige Millikin. Preceded in death by his parents and sister, Iris LaChappele.
