Carol D. Bancroft, 70, of Grayling passed away on Saturday, August 30th, 2008. Carol was born in Pontiac, MI on December 13, 1937, the daughter of the late George and Eleanor (Barber) Lodge. She married Donald Bancroft on Aug 15, 1959 in Grayling, MI. Survived by Husband: Donald Daughters:Michelle (Dan) Whalen of Muskegon, MI. Cathy (Harold) Miller of Charlevoix, MI. Denise Palmer of Stanton, MI. Sons: Donald Bancroft, Jr. of Georgia, Derek Bancroft of Florida. 9 Grandchildren; 7 Great grandchildren Sisters:Sharon (Cliff) Johnson of Frederic, MI Karen (Jerry) Kricker of Hemlock, MI Mary B. (Doy) Rouse of Coldsprings, Texas Charles (Pat) Lodge of Commerce, MI Phillip (Tara) Lodge of Tara, Ohio Memorial Service will be held at First Baptist Church of Frederic, at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, September 10th, 2008 with Pastor Dale Hammond officiating.
