Betty Jane Palmer

Betty Jane Palmer, 93, of Grayling, passed away peacefully at home Tuesday, June 18, 2019 surrounded by her family. Betty was born in Clio, MI to Floyd Tobias and Georgiana Saunders, November 18, 1925. She enjoyed traveling. Most of all, she loved her family very much and enjoyed time spent with them. Betty is survived by her husband, Junior E. Palmer; children, Pat (Virgil), Sharon, Dennis (Marilyn), Peggy (Terry), Roger (Kathy) and Ed (Christina); 23 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren; and brother, F.B. She is preceded in death by her parents; step-mother, Alice Tobias; 2 sisters; 1 grandson; and 1 great-granddaughter. Gathering of Family and Friends to Remember Betty will take place Thursday, June 20, 2019 from 2-4 p.m. at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home. A reception will follow at the American Legion.
