Betty Jane Cde Baca

Betty Jane Cde Baca, 77, of Grayling passed away peacefully November 28, 2017 in Rose City. Betty was born to Oscar and Ethel Horning in Grayling on December 11, 1939. She was married to Dolores Victor Cde Baca of La Cienega, New Mexico on November 9, 1959 in Frederic. Betty worked for many years as the head of the Grayling city income tax department. She loved her dog Teddy, holiday decorating, watching football and spending time reading. Betty is survived by her children, Steve (Alice) Cde Baca and Lisa (David) Masha; grandchildren, Victor (Jessica), Mark (Tasha), Jesse (Ashley), Daniel (Jessica), Nicole (Mike), Travis and Amanda; great- grandchildren, Brady, Cameron and Emmalynn; siblings, Robert Horning, Shirley (Neil) Rouse, Oscar Horning Jr., Irene (Allen) Ribby and John Horning. Betty is predeceased by her husband, Dolores Victor Cde Baca; parents, Oscar and Ethel; granddaughter, Vicky; and siblings, Ted "Adam", Elery, Doris, Donna and Ilene. A celebration of Betty's life will take place January 13, 2018 from 1-4 PM at Gray Rock in Grayling. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to her family for any incurred costs.
