Becky Sue Doremire

Becky Sue Doremire, age 78, of Grayling, passed away at her home peacefully surrounded by her family on Monday, December 22, 2025. She was born on September 18, 1947 to Llwyn and Nina ( Lovely) Doremire in Grayling, MI.

Becky Sue Doremire was a woman before her time!! She LOVED life. She was an avid animal lover. She had the biggest heart in the world. There wasn't anyone she would not help no matter whatever the need was (2 or 4 legs). She could cook up a storm, always the best yummies! She loved to dance, float the AuSable river, never shied away from snow, a camping trip, and liked the upper peninsula of Michigan. She was an avid reader. Bonfires and family just went together, she could never get enough of either. So if you are floating the AuSable river, camping or having a bonfire, remember Becky and tell a story for her.

She is survived by daughters, Tammy Sue (George) Masella and Tonya (Howard) Roe; sister-in-law, Diana Doremire; grandchildren, Tonijo (Tim) Wildfong, Jason (Britini) Wilson, Maggie Gasser, Shania Gasser, Antonio Masella, and Michael (Alyssa) Roe; So many amazing, talented, and beautiful nieces, nephews, total of 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her parents; brother, Tony Doremire; sister and brother-in-law;,Mickey and Jim Sorenson; nieces, Dawn Howell and Julie Doremire; nephew, Thomas Sorenson; son-in-law, George Gasser; and great-granddaughter, Savannah Roe.

The family wishes to thank the Munson Healthcare Hospice team, all of Becky's EMT's, Paula Collins and Heidi Brill for our last "toast" to life and their support, especially Aunt Wendy Kucharek (our rock), friend, and sister, there are no words for our gratitude, love, and support. Also, thank you to all who visited and expressed their thoughts and prayers.

The family has not planned a memorial at this time.
