Beatrice Lucille Sampson

Beatrice Lucille Sampson, 98, of Grayling, MI passed away on Saturday April 13, 2013. Beatrice was born in Lyons, OH on February 18, 1915, a daughter of the late Eva J. (Bixler) and Louis C. Standish. She worked as a beautician. She owned and operated a beauty shop in Detroit in the post-depression era, late 1930's and 1940's. She was previously a member of the Women's Shrine. Survived by her daughter Marlene (Bill) Harris og Grayling. Grandchildren: Todd (Ronda) Coe of West Bloomfield, MI Kelly (Dale) Haller of Washington Great Grandchildren: Chadd W. , Brandon G., Mollie M., Aebra K. (Beth), and Ezra J. (Aubrey) Coe. Beatrice was preceded in death by her husbands Pete Sampson, John Ottinger, and Louis Knight; grandson Scott R. Coe and two sisters.
