Leona Belle Tubbs

Leona Belle Tubbs, 89, of Grayling, passed away peacefully December 22, 2018. Leona is survived by four sons, Thomas (Paula) Clarambeau, Brad (Mary Ann) Tubbs, Jeffrey (Erin) Tubbs and Kerry (Christine) Tubbs; brother, Jerry (Beverly) Beebe; 12 grand children; and 19 great-grand children. She is preceded in death by both of her parents, Wallace Beebe and Tressa Mae (Jewell) Beebe; sister Dorothy; and brothers, Wayne, Kenneth, and Wallace. Leona was born August 4, 1929 in Davison, MI. Leona was Christian and loved the Lord. She was a very hard worker and frugal. She loved animals but most of all, loved her grand children. She will be dearly missed. Funeral service will be Saturday, December 29, 2018 at 2:00 PM with visitation before from 12-2 PM at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home with Joe Duran officiating. Burial will take place at Lovells Township Cemetery in Spring 2019. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Leona can be made to Lovells Community Chapel, 8133 Bald Hill Rd, Lovells, MI 49738.
