Michael Wayne Dixson

Michael Wayne Dixson, 64, of Grayling passed away peacefully at home February 25, 2018. Michael was born to Charles and Alma Dixson in Grayling on February 8, 1954. Michael graduated from Grayling High School in 1972, worked at Spring Window Fashions previously and loved the outdoors, especially deer hunting and fishing. Michael is survived by his mother, Alma Jean (Sasser) Dixson; daughters, Gloria (Andy) Partlo, Samantha Varda and Denise (Wayne) Uponen; grandchildren, Jackson Partlo, Lillian Uponen, Kaitlyn Varda and Allison Varda; sisters, Carol and Judy; and brothers, Gerald, Mark and Bobby. He is preceded in death by his father, Charles. A Gathering of Family & Friends to Celebrate Michael's life will take place at Sorenson-Lockwood Funeral Home from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm Saturday, March 3, 2018.
