Alma worked and raised her children in Angola, Indiana, where she retired from Moore Business Forms. She spent the latter part of her life in South Florida where she helped raise her grandchildren. During her retirement years, Alma volunteered her time in libraries, nursing homes, and elementary school classrooms and lunchrooms. A woman of devout Christian faith, Alma's life motto was "A.S.A.P - always say a prayer". She enjoyed the simple things in life - reading a good book, laughing along with her favorite television characters like Andy Griffith and Archie Bunker, and spending time with her loved ones.
